1. Subscription Model
PixaBot AI is offered as a subscription-based service. Fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan) and are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorise Pixelnx to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- Access to paid features will cease at the end of the current period
- Your data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- 7-day money-back guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 7 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund of that charge.
- Service unavailability: If the Platform experienced a verified outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours within a billing period, a pro-rata credit will be applied to your next invoice.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial months — subscriptions are billed as complete billing periods
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Annual plan charges after the 7-day refund window has passed
- Any third-party costs incurred (e.g., Meta WhatsApp API usage fees billed directly by Meta)
- Add-on credits or one-time purchases once consumed
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@pixalab.ai with the subject line Refund Request and include:
- Your registered email address
- The date of the charge and approximate amount
- A brief reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
