Welcome to PixaBot AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We operate the PixaBot AI platform, an AI-powered WhatsApp sales bot management service accessible at bot.pixalab.ai. We collect information you provide directly to us and data generated through your use of the platform:

  • Conversation data: WhatsApp messages processed through your bots, stored to power AI responses and analytics.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following trusted third parties only as necessary to operate the platform:

  • Google OAuth — used for sign-in with Google; your Google profile information (name, email, avatar) is received and stored in your account.
  • Amazon Web Services (S3) — used to store product images you upload to the platform.
  • AI Provider — your bot's product data and conversation context are processed by our AI provider to generate responses. Their privacy policy applies to data sent for processing.
  • Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — messages are exchanged via Meta's Graph API. Meta's terms and privacy policy govern WhatsApp message processing.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and bot configuration for as long as your account is active. Session cookies expire automatically per their set duration. Conversation logs are retained to support analytics and AI response quality. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — update your profile information at any time in Settings.
  • Right to erasure — delete your account and all data via Settings → Danger Zone.
  • Right to restrict processing — contact us to limit how we use your data.
  • Right to data portability — request an export of your data by contacting us.
  • Right to withdraw consent — you may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.
